Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We value our customers and make every effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your bedding. If you wish to return your purchase for a refund, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. 

NOTE: As all of our bedding is "Sewn To Order," returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Special orders or customized items are not returnable.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and if your order is incorrect, damaged, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours (email sales@beddingluxuries.com) and we will correct the issue at our expense. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the entire cost of returned items, and cover return shipping expenses.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less the 20% restock fee, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@beddingluxuries.com.

Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your item(s) for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order, items must be shipped back to Bedding Luxuries at your expense and Bedding Luxuries will ship your new items for free. To initiate an exchange you must contact sales@beddingluxuries.com.
